02 / WHAT THE DAY IS ABOUT

HOW YOU THINK.
How you communicate.

Meetings can end in agreement without changing what happens next. The Dominion examines why: how conversations shape decisions, how leaders respond under pressure, and how intentions become action.

The one-day event uses Hinare O’Brien’s Generative Learning Framework, developed through more than twenty years of global training experience. It asks participants to examine how they think, lead and communicate in their workplace.

Dominion means understanding and taking ownership of how you communicate, for yourself and your organisation.

Communication

Examine the conversations behind everyday decisions, working relationships and results.

Performance

Look at the gap between what is agreed in a meeting and what happens afterwards.

Leadership

Consider how your words and actions influence the people around you, particularly under pressure.
